Format: This entry lists each machine/console I have played the game on.
Completion: An explanation of whether or not I finished a game and why.
Score: This percentage reflects the quality of the game according to my analysis.
Personal Judgement: This entry allows me to make personal statements regarding my opinion of the game, especially if it contradicts my analysis. For example, I may love a game with a low score or loathe a game with a high score.
Critical Appraisal: This entry allows me to speak briefly about the game outside of my personal feelings. For example, I may give a game that I do not like a very positive critical appraisal.
Highlights: This entry summarizes the key points in the game's evaluation, positive and negative.
Hook
Story: This entry evaluates the game's story elements and implementation.
Replay: This entry evaluates the game's ability to be enjoyed additional times after completion.
Substance
Features: This entry evaluates the game's system, structure, and gameplay.
Usability: This entry evaluates the game's accessibility and the valley which exists between player input and response.
Visual
Graphics: This entry evaluates the overall look of the game; backgrounds, sprites, models, etc.
Animation: This entry evaluates how objects and characters move within the game.
Audio
Music: This entry evaluates the quality of the game's music.
Sound Effects: This entry evaluates the quality of the game's additional sounds; explosions, foot steps, voice acting, etc.
Fourth Wall
Polish: This entry evaluates the production quality of the game. For example, whether or not the game had noticeable glitches.
Value: This entry attempts to evaluate whether or not a game is worth the money invested by consumers.
(Each of the above ten categories receives a score of 0-10. These scores are added together to determine the game's total score, which appears at the top of the review.)
